In this comprehensive session, we’ll explore your health history, review provided labs, and identify your wellness goals. Together we will collaborate a personalized care plan that fits your lifestyle and build custom herbal formulas.
Initial intake: 90-120 minutes: Sliding scale $150-120
Follow up: 45-60 minutes: Sliding scale $80-60

Continuity of care package: Includes your initial intake plus two follow up sessions (45 minutes each) This package is designed to give you the momentum and support needed to fine-tune your care plan and track progress. Over a three month period we will establish supportive health goals.

Initial intake, two 30 minute follow up session per month, priority scheduling, and email support between sessions. Over 5 months, you’ll receive consistent compassionate care and accountability while saving compared to individual booking.
